Let’s get to work.

To those that might think I look skinny or that I’ve lost muscle- you’re right I have. Pretty much took the month of December off. And I feel great about it. So important to allow yourself to take time off when need be. It allows me to fall in love with training all over again. It takes a lot of hard ass work to stay in shape, especially if you’re not gonna take anything. I’m OK with the starting point. Going to be a great 2019
