Monday: Homemade baked beans (the recipe is in my book) made with 五花肉 salty Chinese belly pork, fried eggs, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some Aleppo pepper. Finished with plenty of vitamin C ☀️☀️☀️ for those winter blues

But speaking of those winter blues, next week we are off to New Zealand ?? for CNY! Still working out the itinerary but we’re visiting for 17 days. I’m looking for winery suggestions and ones with lodgings too! ??? #symmetrybreakfast
