yesterday I did 30 reps of deadlifts to counteract my doubts and fears. I pulled iron to retaliate against the burden of limiting beliefs, the shallow breaths of anxiety

?the weight room has been my therapy session for over 4 years. and I still can't emphasize how important it is to get out there and move your body.

?beyond the physical benefits, I believe our mental health heals with movement - namely movement with intention?

to breathe a little harder for your betterment,
to stretch for self-improvement,
to throw, jump, push, and pull for empowerment?
