No, I don’t. ✅I would love to clear this up for you ladies. I am NOT here to push you to workout during your pregnancy - at all. AT ALL. I’m ALL for you resting and eating what feels good for your body. It’s YOUR body, YOUR pregnancy and you need to do exactly what you want and NEED without any judgement. I personally would love my clients (if they are up to it) to stay ‘ACTIVE’ during their pregnancy. Now, ‘active’ can mean something as simple as just going for a short walk everyday. A short walk is good! If YOU want to workout in the gym or at home as I do in my videos, you HAVE TO clear this with your doctor. All I am doing is providing pregnancy safe exercises you can do IF you want to do them. Active pregnancies are not new.. but they ARE new to social media so totally understand it’s different to see. I’ve been a trainer for 10 years now. That doesn’t mean I know EXACTLY how YOU are feeling/felt while pregnant.... but I 100% do know what’s right for mine and how I feel. I’m just here to show you how I am going through my pregnancy. How you do yours is completely up to you and your doctor! I want you ladies to see it IS possible to workout during pregnancy but I don’t want you ladies to think I’m making YOU workout during yours. There’s absolutely NO judgement, your baby comes first ! ?? Enjoy your pregnancy in whichever way makes you happiest!
