The sun’s out in London! ☀️ And we’re revelling in this resplendent kaleidoscope of geometry and colour by British artist #BridgetRiley. Endowed with all the colours of a radiant summer’s day, ‘Midi’ produces a powerful visual experience that Riley has always associated with her childhood memories in #Cornwall. The vertical sequences of form and colour were inspired by the landscape - the horizon lines of sea and sky, reflections upon water, and the woods, valleys and coastlines. The combination of high and low tones creates a field of vision that hums with a warm self-generated glow. Too early for a Pimms? ?
