Today’s exercise was a 2 mile walk in the woods. I Didn’t fancy the gym but I wanted to do something, even for 30 mins. Gorks came with me and despite me being desperate for the toilet half way around ???‍♀️ we had a lovely morning and we missed the rain!

sunshine_n_star you wait till your near the end and your baby is kicking your foof whilst busting for a wee... or better still, afterwards when your pelvic floor is no more (altho to be fair with working out yours will probably be made of steal). The joys of motherhood! but small price to pay.

missmorphe 3 weeks over my due date, I did a 3 mile walk on a hot summers day. Went into labour that evening, and my first born son was born at home, the following morning.. that’s nearly 49 yrs ago, it was also my birthday. My son never walks anywhere. 🙄
