You can be as strong or as weak as you want. You are not supposed to be anything you can decide, it just takes more work. The longer we live the easier it is to create habits to form patterns, and then one day it seems like you have to climb Mount Everest to break them, Stare them down face them head on never run from a challenge, and you will win the day.
