Grab a pair of dumbbells and try this full body workout👇🏼
⁃ 10 one legged RDL lateral raises per side
⁃ 20 outer curl squats
- 10 anterior lunge rows per side
- 20 rotating press scissors
- 10 spider jacks
Repeat 3x with 60 seconds rest in between each round

This is how my resistance workouts have been looking lately. I’ve been nursing a lower back injury since mid January so heavy lifting has been off the table for me. I’ve been focusing on opening my tight hips, hamstrings, and calves with yoga while keeping my endurance up with fast paced circuits like this. This way, I can work on releasing the muscles that have been overcompensating and strengthen those that are weak.
Just another day out here workin’ on balance. 〰️
