As if sets of 4’s and triples weren’t hard enough, we made the last few sets extra heavy :,) it’s almost embarrassing how gassed I am from a clean and jerk triple, but to be fair it IS cardio... and this was my 8th set. Putting in a TON of hard work during this volume phase. It’s hard, it’s completely mentally and physically draining, I’m sore EVERY SINGLE DAY, but I’m so excited to see the growth it brings.
