Here’s another quick workout to target the upper body in 30 minutes.
- 20 alt hammers/10 hammers
- 20 alt kickbacks/10 kickbacks
- 20 alt hammer press/10 hammer press
- 20 alt rows/10 rows
- 10 lizard pushups
- 10 plank walkouts
X3 with 60 seconds rest in between each round.
