1st circuit:
- 30 walking lunges (1 step = 1 rep)
- 10 walking lateral lunges per side
X3 with 30-60 secs rest
2nd circuit:
- 30 sumo deadlifts
- 10 lateral squat shuffles per side
X3 with 30-60 secs rest
3rd curcuit:
- 30 calf raises (10 with toes in, 10 with toes straight, 10 with toes out)
- 20 lying leg curls
X3 with 30-60 secs rest
