My retreat is not a stereotypical bootcamp/military style.
There’s no screaming & shouting ’get down and give me 50 press-ups!’ 😅😳 It’s all about fun workouts with a group of fabulous supportive women that help to motivate one another.

Down time to relax and enjoy some much needed ‘ME TIME!’ Whether that be reading a good book, a beautiful walk, a dip in the hot tub, a hot stone massage 💆‍♀️ or just doing NOTHING! My aim is for you to build healthy relationships with food, exercise and yourself!
relationships that will last long after you leave my retreat. 💕

polli_interior I highly recommend @resultswithlucy @resultswithcecilia for anyone who needs to "reset" Girls on the retreat are very friendly and they are able to open up What I liked the most about the retreat was that everything was in moderation and food of course -it was absolutely delicious 😋 Some interesting chats and really nice "girly time" I will be joining again in the future 🤗
