Who else has done research on the negative side effects of artificial sweeteners that are MOST LIKELY in your supplements!?!? 🙋🏼‍♀️ If you haven't, you need to do so

I use to consume a ton of diet sodas, artificial flavored drinks and even supplements latent with aspartame and sucralose, not knowing any better. I started to become more knowledgable 📝 about the harmful effects that they can potentially have on the body and decided to give them up just for one week

Within two days, brain fog and mid day fatigue disappeared, I felt more energized, 🏃🏼‍♀️ and the biggest immediate effect that I noticed was that my mood improved substantially! 😁✨ A lot of these artificial sweeteners in your favorite "health supplements" can be deleterious to your health, promote inflammation, create brain fog, and even increase joint pain

I avoided artificials and supplements for a long time until I became aware of health based brands that use all natural ingredients. I went on a serious health kick and avoided these tings at all costs but most of the products I tried didn't taste great. I would take them down for the benefits, but never really enjoyed them
