These two stretches have become my favourite in the morning and before bed. My lower back gets tight throughout the day as do my lats (thanks to my big Chebs) 😂 So I’ve found these two work well for me. I do them at a much slower pace for around 4 reps of each and I find that’s enough. I did these BEFORE I was pregnant and I’ve also had the go ahead from my consultants to continue with them (until they get uncomfortable) please check with yours before doing any new exercise when pregnant. 🤰❤️
