シーズナルカクテル、桜エッセンスから「桜モヒート」をご紹介。桜や玉露、山椒、米など和テイストのボタニカルを用い造られたジンをあわせ、桜餅のような甘みの中にもエッジを効かせた味わいに仕上げました。グラスの中には桜の塩漬けを浮かべて花びらが舞う様子を再現しています。

The Sakura Mojito, from our seasonal cocktail series "Sakura Essence." The drink combines gins made from various botanics that embody the taste of Japan, the flavors working together to create a drink that has a cherry-blossom sweetness, but with a slight sharpness. Inside the glass, there are salted cherry blossom flowers, floating in the same way that blossoms float about outdoors in springtime.
