Core Workout 💪🏼 Here’s 3 of the key core exercises I do for my abdominal surgery rehabilitation with @complete_pilates - however ANYONE can do these to build strength💃 Give them a go and let me know how you get on: ➡️ V Sit. You can add in arm movements to challenge your core. Go for single arms to begin with and then progress to moving both at the same time. It’s SO much harder than it looks 😝 ➡️ V Sit Twists. Take your elbow all the way to the floor. Slow and controlled - shins staying in tabletop position. It’s a burner! ➡️ Plank variations. I started by building back up to 1 minute planks. Now I do 30 second planks of different variations - here we have a TRX plank which is savage. But you can also do side toe taps, shoulder taps, hip dips etc!
