All the kids were so involved and I think my Uncle Scott (who has led every family Seder since I was kid and usually struggles to get even the grown-ups’ attention) was so happy to finally have a captivated audience of eager participants. Harlow did the four questions, Mazzy explained the Seder plate, Neve got mad at everyone for singing a song about the Pharaoh wrong and had us all crying with laughter, and Jack found the afikomen, with absolutely no tears from anyone else. Harlow helped Grammy serve the meal while Mazzy chowed down on her favorite food— Grammy’s brisket. While wearing plague masks, of course. Easter might have bunnies and chocolate, but locusts and sick cows provide endless entertainment. Mazzy even claimed that parsley in salt water was delicious 😂😂😂 Lastly, everyone managed to stay seated the entire meal, so my sister and I finally got to do what you are supposed to do on #Passover— recline and drink lots of wine!」4月21日 5時08分
