It is quite stunning how close you can get to such large animals (in a car) in Yellowstone. These Bison moved off the road so we could get by and were only a few meters from our open windows–and they kept a close eye on us the whole time. They are obviously habituated to humans, being in one of the most visited national parks in the United States, but even so they are majestic animals. #grandlooproad #yellowstone #wyoming
