Despite all the evidence to the contrary, some people still remain skeptical of #biohacking because they don’t believe that what goes on in their bodies can impact your mental performance. To these people I say: Try solving a difficult problem the morning after a particularly festive late night. Now do you see the connection? Your performance — the way you show up in the world emotionally and cognitively — is a direct reflection of how well your body is doing. That’s why measuring your #biology matters. But quantifying by itself is like collecting little bags of mismatched buttons — great as a hobby (if you’re into that kind of thing) but not very productive. Data are meaningful only when they are useful. Biohacking requires #knowledge and #action: first, you have to quantify what is going on in your body; second, you have to determine what changes need to be made; and third, you have to implement those changes. #BeBulletproof #GetUpgraded #ExcellenceIsAchievable #DoOrDoNot
