☀️May 1st is here!! How are you feeling about the goals you’ve set so far this year?

I started my 90 day plan 60 days ago alongside my clients and business partners. The first goal was to shed the fat, second goal to tone, this last 30 days were ending out with the mental mind shift putting everything together. The body transformation is a process if you want to keep the weight off you’ll need to learn new habits.

Common question I get is “how much weight will I lose in 30 days”. I try to teach people that every situation is different so results will differ. I can’t tell you how much weight you’ll lose in a certain amount of time. That’s unrealistic and it puts stressful expectations on you and on me as your coach. Run from any health coach who gives you a guarantee with a number attached.

I love my 90 day program because it gives me time to get to know my clients and understand their needs. When I take clients I expect them to stay and take things slowly, learning that it took you years to put the weight on and it’s going to take time to undo all those habits. Failing and falling off is part of the process as your coach I’ll love you and never judge you. I’m here to hold your hand on your journey.

Learning to love yourself through the whole progress at every stage is important and goes beyond the number on the scale. Once you can accept who you are with no negativity attached the food, workouts and motivation come easily.
