When I have speaking engagements, I often talk about very private and vulnerable moments of my life and it’s not always easy. When I was asked to speak at the @thesourcesummit in front of a group of successful and amazing women, I couldn’t help but to be even more nervous than usual. Those women were successful and inspiring for a reason though - “WOMEN WHO SUPPORT WOMEN ARE MORE SUCCESSFUL”. It was a week filled with strong emotions, connections, shown and shared vulnerability and lifetime friendships. We are all amazing in our own way. We all get hit hard by life at some point, but what defines us isn’t those moments, but what we made out of them and how we treat and encourage people around us.
