Photo @stephen_matera | It's fairly common to get low clouds (often referred to as a marine layer) in the Puget Sound and along the west slope of the Cascades in summertime. When you're underneath those clouds, it feels like a dreary summer day. But get above the clouds and it feels like you are on top of the world.
