Full Body Travel Workout 🏋🏼‍♀️
Here’s the 20 minute workout I did yesterday at @timbercoveresort here in California 🇺🇸
➡️ Circuit 1: 20 Jumping Lunges, 10 RDLs, 10 DB Shoulder Presses & 5 Eccentric Push Ups💪🏼
➡️ Circuit 2: 10 Bear Crawl Burpees, 10 Goblet Squats, 10 DB rows & 5 V Sit Leg Lowers 🔥
Complete 5 rounds of circuit one before you move onto circuit two for 5 rounds. Please note the videos are sped up, move with control. This session took me around 20 minutes to complete - 30 minutes including warm up & cool down - perfect for when you’re travelling or short on time! 💙
