TRX Leg Workout 🍑 This 20 minute leg workout will give you a serious booty burn 🔥 And the best part? You don’t need any weights, just you and a TRX! 💪🏼
➡️ Single Leg Lunges (one side) - the back knee taps the ground for a fraction of a second, then kick through and squeeze the glute!
➡️ Single Leg Lunges (other side)
➡️ Squats with Curtsey Lunge - again, back knee kisses the ground, focus on range of motion and depth in each movement.
➡️ Jumping Curtsey Lunges - these are fire! The TRX helps you by allowing you to use your arms for additional power 🔥
Complete 40 seconds of each exercise, with 20 seconds rest in between. Then do 5 rounds back to back! You’ll be waddling out the gym 🐧😂
