I travel quite a lot. And yes, it sounds glamorous, but it can be exhausting, so I’ve learned to appreciate and use the little things that make traveling joyful.

Like this absolute beauty, the @thebeekmanny hotel, where I spent a few days during my latest New York stay. This place is a historical landmark and it makes you feel transported into another time right away. Being able to stay in such places really change your interaction with the city...

En Europe, les jeunes votent très souvent vert (voir les dernières élections européennes), on nous parle de décroissance, d'empreinte carbone, on nous serine que l'industrie textile est la deuxième industrie la plus polluante après celle du pétrole. Alors certes, les gens continuent à voyager, à consommer... Mais comment dire? Il y a un frémissement dans l'air, l'idée d'un changement. Du coup, et de ce côté de l'Atlantique, des posts comme celui-ci (American Express, voyages en avion à tout va, grands hôtels et fringues neuves), ça vous a un petit côté démodé - je n'ai pas voulu écrire ringard - un air rétro 2005. Aux Etats-Unis, peut-être pas. Ce serait intéressant d'avoir votre point de vue là-dessus.

Bonjour Garance, I know you travel a lot but I have a funny one for you. How about you write about living in Paris? I get this all the time with friends being like "London is amazing, why don't you love it" while I feel like my city is so busy and stressfull and actually dreaming of moving to Paris which is so much more beautiful (in my idea)
