They work for Henry Benatero, Sr., a fisherman in his mid-60s, who lives with his large family on the shores of Baseco Beach. Henry spoke of declining fish stocks due to plastic pollution and other factors, such as pollution from development and overfishing by large vessels farther out at sea. When their catch is good, Henry sells to a wholesaler at the market.
