Rebuilding my ninja strength has been... interesting. Some things (like back and shoulder muscles) came back easily, while grip and forearms have been tricky. They didn’t just feel weak. They felt vulnerable, and I’ve had to take it slow and safe. I’m finally starting to feel more comfortable trying higher impact obstacles and lachès. It’s hard to be patient, especially with my lockoffs, but it’s all part of the journey, and I’m learning more about healthier, more balanced ways to train my body and recover for optimal performance.
