When I say I can’t wait I literally mean I. cannot. wait. 😫 I’d be lying if I said it’s been easy breezy living out of suitcases and getting a toddler adjusted to the current life shift in Texas until we are called back to LA. It’s the patiently-waiting-to-see-what-happens part that shakes me up. I had to remind myself today (and practically everyday) that God made it clear for us to “wait”. God uses waiting to change us. He works while we wait. When we aren’t moving he can truly move and in the midst of that something magical happens while nothing is happening. I’ve seen this happen in my life multiple countless of times so here we go again laying it all down and waiting to see what God will do next. When it’s time to act God will make it clear but right now He’s like sit your butt on the bench and don’t get up LOLOL. (I feel like God and I have a chill relationship like that by now because he knows I’m a little hyper-active 🤣) In all seriousness though, I know He is using this quiet season to test my faith. Will I suddenly crack and push God to the side and give a foothold to the enemy who uses fear, anxiety, and doubt to create distance in my relationship with God? The short answer to that is, NOT TODAY SATAN! 🙅🏻‍♀️ God invites us to trust in his goodness today and his faithfulness tomorrow. It bonds our hearts with his.
