Clearly influenced by his friend and brother-in-law Marcel #Duchamp, #JeanCrotti also experimented with glass, metal, and found objects. Crotti began to see glass as a material that might provide a new, more dynamic experience for the viewer. His wife, Suzanne Duchamp, moved in a similar direction with her work “Radiation of Two Solitary Beings Apart,” which is also on loan from a private collection and on view nearby in “The Duchamp Family.”
