It’s even hard to list how much I’ve tried at the gym - Pilates, heavy weigh , pole-dance -it  was like running distance with no result at the end. And than occasionally I’ve got acquainted with the founder of one amazing sports wear brand who has launched her own @mirofs.ru training classes including working out videos and (the most important) with diets & super profi consulting! I believe all this time I just needed an expert advise: 80% of the beautiful body makes the proper diet. Before that I didn’t even know anything properly about carbs, fats and proteins in any type of the meals. So first of all nutritionist asked me to write  down all my daily menu per grammes (FatSecret supplement is  really helpful) The result was really surprising for me: 340 gr carbs, 152gr fats and 20gr proteins in total 2800 kcal . Even with  my metabolism  it’s too much 🙈 according to Mifflin’s formula for kcal calculation on the base of  your physical activities (more details in the next post) - for my desired result I need to eat only 1600 kcal daily : 50-60 gr fats, 150 gr carbs and attention(!) 120-140 gr of proteins (it’s actually 6 times more than I used to eat). I must say my goal was to build my body but I actually discovered so much more on the road. Specially how your daily life changes, a proper diet gives you also the right energy and makes you feel so much stronger.
