If you prepped or dieted for a while, your body is going to take timeeee to get to a comfortable level, composition and place where it starts responding again. For a while (and I’m talking months) I felt a lot more inflamed or *puffy* I know people hate that word, but it’s true. With TIME, even if my weight doesn’t change, my body comp does. Be patient with your body, you put it through hell for months lol cut yourself some slack when it takes a while to get it to respond the way you want again / achieve the body comp that you’re working for!⁣ ⁣ Again, I’ll be going into further detail in a youtube video but just know: it is absolutely hard at first and sometimes it feels like you’ll never be comfortable in your body again - be patient and be kind to yourself. You have a skewed view of how your body looks and having hate and negative feelings towards your body isn’t going to make it respond better or love you. SO - it’s easier said than done, and there will always be hard days, but push past the uncomfortable phase and I promise it gets better. #IFBBPro #437Swimwear #DealingWithOffseason #Blossom #BodyByOats」6月19日 0時54分 - paigereilly

Working on making a video about off-season and the mindset to have during it BUT my biggest advice is be patient and push past the tough and uncomfortable part.⁣

I have noticed that with time, my body has started responding better. I feel comfortable in my body again and it’s after 10 freaking months of eating in a surplus.⁣
