Big celebration today for all my Swedes out there. ⁣ 3 - we just shot our first proper “live” yoga class straight from the Luna Shala! Get ready for weekly classes coming your way SOON! I’ve been wanting to create a channel from the heart of @island.yoga to reach every corner of the world and we fully just made that happen. No orchestrated production but real live practice sessions from my heart to yours. I woke up this morning with the realization that we can literally curate the content we create here and put it together to create at-home weeks of healing, movement and serious transformative practice. We have everything we need and it’s what we’ve been doing for years already; it just never occurred to me before that I can custom create magic for people who may not have the means to come all the way to see us in Aruba.
