zxcvbnjhgfty Please save your self a lot of time and energy and DO NOT purchase anything from @westelm! This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have spent thousands of dollars ($16,000 to be exact) and have had to spend may hours on the phone with their delivery and furniture department with no success. They have delivered damaged item after item, back ordered items that show ready for delivery in 2 weeks on their website which is very deceptive, transferred me multiple times, showed up for delivery at the wrong time, and the list goes on. They even responded to me on here and asked me to send an email for assistance with my order number and no one ever responded! Please save your self and don’t purchase from them!

chad4ku @westelm what's up with the long delivery times? We ordered a sectional and were quoted a delivery date of July 3rd. Continues to push back and now being told could be beginning of September. Not a custom item but can't cancel either?? Haven't even been charged. Customer service emailed but no reply. Not a good look or experience.

i_am_trenesha @westelm sold fraudulent measurement of Ombré curtains curtains are 3 inches shorter. I had curtain rods hung hi now I am left with short curtains that were suppose to be 96 inches. The look is off and looks awful ?

faisal.alladina This is hands down one of the worst companies you can shop at via their online store @westelm. I’ve returned online orders and I’m still waiting for my refund.
