chad4ku @westelm love your merchandise but terrible fulfillment experience. I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of furnishings in the last 6 months and most recently we ordered a carlo mid century sectional beginning of June with a quoted delivery time of July 3rd. The date continues to be pushed back and now shows as possible September. Have not been charged but advised cannot cancel either. This is not a custom order and the delivery window is now projected to be well past the original quoted time and when I need the piece. Can you please intervene and assist in order to take care of a good customer??

ashlancellotti I have been on hold for over 40 minutes to get a piece of furniture delivered at the price I paid for it last March and your call center wants me to pay the current price.
