RACHEL PLEASE READ: I am listening to your podcast from Friday right now and I couldn’t help but respond. I hope you see this. I really really really hope you see this. You often refer to the AA program in your podcasts and the 12 steps of AA are a solid guide for personal revolution. I recently finished working the steps with my sponsor and step 4 is where we look at every resentment we are carrying, from as far back as we can remember. We then look at ‘our part’ in that resentment— most times, we are judging the person or the concept in which we resent. Later In the steps, we make amends to such people. When I learned I was judgements, I had a really tough time swallowing it because I knew it was true. Despite all of my service work and caring for others, I couldn’t accept myself as judgmental. But I am. I am extremely judgmental but now I accept it. The other thing you refer to is character defects. In the big book of AA, there is a prayer to remove our character defects from us. Now, when I am judgmental, or wallowing in my defects, I say this prayer and I can come out. We ask god or spirit or whoever it is out there, to remove our shortcomings from us. If you have not worked al-anon and the 12 steps, I HIGHLY suggest working an al-anon program. I also recommend learning about being an adult child of an alcoholic, also known as ACOA. I promise, you will find freedom. ?

I love the idea of talking about women, truly supporting women, like sisters, mothers, friends. Not competing with each other or comparing each other. How about, loving ourselves, and each other, as if we all came from the same womb. Ya know, I've learned so much through the years of motherhood and friendship, my sisters and girlfriends mean the world to me. I'd do anything for them. And ALWAYS, have room in my life to support a struggling or troubled woman who I can share some love, advice, or knowledge, a hug........ it's all going to work out. Be strong, believe in hope. Never be afraid to feel your feelings on any level. AMEN!

I'd like to hear your stance on mom shaming. I'm soooooooooo tired of being mom shamed. I'm doing the. Best. I. Can. My 23 month old peed on the floor in a beach side restaurant inside his swimmer diaper and this lady sitting at the table next to me said oh my can you BELIEVE THAT mother... among some other comments I shouldn't reiterate. She seemed to have a very negative view about anything really..(We were on vacation in Naples.) I suppose I should rephrase this to say his diaper leaked...but hey.... evidently swimmer diapers hold NOTHING outside of water... which is somewhat concerning ?

Caring about the world and actually take action seem to come very easy to you, which we all are very grateful for :) It would be interesting to know if you know if your actions have inspired others to do more and act upon different injustices? Sometimes all we need is to hear that our peers are brave enough to change the world to do spur us into action.....thanks for letting us share your therapy! :-) ?

Can you talk about how to be alone? I’m going through changes, divorce and starting over. I’ve never been alone. I’ve always needed someone to take care of or give all my attention to. That’s always been a huge part of me. It’s depressing and terrifying to be alone! I need to know or figure out how to handle it.

Your reflektions on Medical medium, diet, food, health etc. What’s your experience of detox, health problems, adrenal fatigue, liver rescue etc. How to deal with “knowing too much” about what or not to eat and still enjoy life and food. I’m so confused about how to live/eat at the moment... @yoga_girl
