To whom it may concern,
Unfortunately Delta/AirFrance believes that is both appropriate and within its rights to “take” from its customers what they paid for without compensation for doing so. My “take away” is that Delta, and any subsidiary of it, is not worthy of my future business, or the future business of anyone I know.
I understand that there are substantial logistical challenges that airlines face, but regardless of those scenarios that may or may not present themselves in the day to day provision of purchased services, Delta, like all other companies should not be in the business of stealing peoples hard earned income. Delta and its subsidiaries should be ashamed that these practices define their corporate culture.
So, with all do respect, if presented with the option between staying at home in 109 degree weather, or taking Delta, or any of its subsidiaries to a remote location where I can sit on a comfortable chair overlooking a tropical landscape and enjoy a cocktail in one hand and regional cuisine in the other, be fully aware that I intend on choosing the former.

I slept under a stairwell last night because our pilot was to tired to drive us on his (scheduled) flight, yet they had all 182 of us board the plane and the pilot told us we simply needed to wait for them to get done fueling the plane. He then got on the intercom again and told us he was to tired to drive. So we debarked the plane and sat in a 2hr line only to be told that our group of 15 would not receive a hotel because they ran out, and instead we could sleep next to baggage claim. It was cold and loud as hell and people were staring at us. So thanks delta probably the worst night ever! And that’s not even half of the story

I would like to commend @delta for allowing their passengers to change their flights from the Dominican Republic with all the recent deaths. You should tell your competitors @americanair to follow the leader in the industry. I just got off the phone with @americanair asking to change, not cancel mine and 4 others travel arrangements to the DR without even the slightest offer. Guess I learned a hard lesson on who to patronize going forward.

@delta Brian (EZ) at the Northern Minnesota IRC just helped me to resolve an issue and provided outstanding customer service. Apparently, the website had a technical glitch and charged my debit card for 4 tickets. I purchased 2 passenger one way tickets for my parents. He was able to void out the second ticket and made some other accommodations for my elderly parents. Way to go Delta! You got a true winner on your team:-)

Arrived at MCO for #DL1315 to BOS at 10 am. No comm from crew, no intercom announcements, for the 10+ hours I waited at MCO. Heading back to hotel & still dk what’s going on, don’t have my bags. Was hoping to ✈️ @Delta again, but this customer service ?. @Delta HELP
