kattabiss @jeffreestar @jeffreestarcosmetics I just wrote an email to your support team. I’m extremely upset this is my first palette from you and I’ve supported you since 2014. The joy of even owning it is gone I’m not even excited. To hear from an email saying their trying to ship my palette in a “timely fashion” the will resume everything July 8 and it’s almost been 3 weeks since I bought it is even more upsetting. I thought you would at least address what’s going on instead all you address is the birkin bag and uk makeup. I’m not trying to talk shit but I’m very upset about this especially since you try to relate to consumers when you try out products. I love you and everything you do but this is not it!!!!
