auftherecord @samanthabartens I was asking legitimate questions. Not because I was trying to be a jerk, but because I wanted to know your opinion. Obviously you posted it for everyone to see and reply to, because you wanted people to know your opinion. On this person page, not JeffreeStarCosmetics page. Obviously they are a PR rep since they have the product already, so good job being a negative Nancy, when the point of the post was to promote the brand positively and the new JawBreaker launch. Also just because you got an attitude and told me to “ mind my own damn bussiness” I will say this... Your a cunt. You don’t even own a Hermès Bag... let alone have prolly ever even touched one to comment on the quality. I say this knowing I’m going to tuck my phone right into my Kelly bag as soon as I hit post. Broke as bitch, whining about charges.

samanthabartens This brand is starting to really disappoint me. I love Jeffree but 1. Why do u take forever to ship orders? Especially bad if you’re charging customers shipping! 2. Restocks take disgustingly long (ex: the concealers and setting powders launched MONTHS ago and they haven’t been restocked yet! 3. No 4th of July sale, which I was patiently waiting for GET IT TOGETHER

666lilsoup I know waiting for your products is super frustrating but JS cosmetics clearly states that there will be longer processing times when you buy something the day of a launch. Should it still take this long? No. And I do feel Jeffree should at least quickly address what's going on. But it is unrealistic to think your order is going to ship immediately.

santos_l_halper13 Very poor launch for this product!!!!! This is not their first rodeo, and Jeffree is becoming more and more popular and so is the product, so be prepared!!! Hire more staff? Maybe don’t make promises you can’t keep??? I paid so much money for two makeup pallets!!! Insane that I don’t have them yet.
