This is me shooting webs over the @spidermanmovie on my new @YouTube show #SilentBobSpeaks - where I’ll stick all my to-camera, vloggy @marvelstudios love-fests! (Link in my Bio!) The Spidey review is only 30 mins shorter than the movie itself, so leave yourself 90 minutes (and know in advance that it might get boring after the first 5). I’m gonna sound like a wannabe teenager here, but if you like the video, click SUBSCRIBE while you’re there. Meanwhile, what’d *you* think of Mysterio? #KevinSmith

Dude I love you so fucking much...how much you might ask?
You're so awesome I sit and watch your (now Inaugural Silent Bob Speaks?) movie reviews, which I agree are really recaps, of comic book movies I've just seen!
It's so great watch you retell the story because you are a kindred comic book spirit I relate to!
Why? Because as you've said "my 12 year old self is losing his shit" watching these characters brought to life.
I just wish you wouldn't say things like "I'm not talented enough to direct a superhero movie" when your Daredevil and Batman runs are some of my favorite comics ever written.
So Onomatopoeia that noise you formerly tubby bitch!
Love you man
Thanks for your film career and this amazing social media smodcast presence and not dying of a heart attack!
PS I also busted so many fanboy nuts watchin Far From Home especially in the Mid credits sequence.

I really loved Mysterio and was really impressed with how they reinvented the character (but stayed true to his essence) and worked him into the mcu. And I like the continuing theme of the actions of our heroes have consequences. Loved Mysterios chemistry with Peter too. That battle with the train blew me away. Definitely one of the coolest moments in the mcu in my opinion. I will say I went from feeling elated to omg no! during the final end scene. It fits with the classic Spidey dilemma, of criminal or hero, but a part of me was like can this kid just catch a gosh darn break ?

Man after "Endgame", I felt there would be an emotional dropoff with how much I would care about the MCU....Damn this movie changed my mind. The MCU never ceases to amaze me in the way they handle the villains. In the movies they almost have to be one and done...can't have a 3 movie story arc with the same hero/villain. Mysterious was incredible...again...Marvel finding a way to make a character that might be a little corny into something great. And the fn cameo....holy @#$#

Wow @thatkevinsmith awesome great video reaction about the new @spidermanmovie ,I feel with one movie it’s enough and so many remakes and sequels are unnecessary because almost all the sequels are very bad and not good but there’s many exceptions like The Godfather part 2,back to the future part 2 and of course aliens 2,I’m glad you’re a great fan of @marvel and @dccomics , @therealstanlee should be very proud of you in heaven

Hey @thatkevinsmith dude. I know you would agree. So @tomholland2013 is Spider-Man and he's awesome as both Peter and Spider-Man. But. But. Here's the kicker. I feel. That if they would remake Back To The Future. I think Tom Holland should be Marty McFly. I'm telling you man. His mannerisms and his voice as Peter. Marty. If I'm wrong I'm wrong but dude. I totally think he could be Marty McFly. If I'm wrong prove me wrong man.

*SPOILERS* They gave me just enough with Mysterio where I thought 'huh, maybe the biggest illusion Marvel played with Mysterio was that he actually is a good guy and they played on people's expectations of him', which made it all the more fun when they went the traditional (but cleverly woven into the MCU) route with him. And the Iron Man and Civil War flashbacks were pure continuity porn and I loved them.
