lefthandhenney My experience with airbnb hosting has been a complete nightmare. I have been getting horrible service from the customer service people over the phone. My account was deactivated for reasons that they will not disclose to me. They just cancelled my account and did not provide me with why. I have not broken any policy rules or anything. When I try to reply to the email from the trust and safety dept. I do not get response. It's been 2 weeks since Im account has been closed and Noone has contacted me back about it. The people you call over the phone continuously tell me they can not help me Cause it's not there department and the department that handles the issues does not have a call line. This is horrible for host. I had 4 claims that was never resolved. And Noone was willing to helping me out. I am very disappointed in you guys services @airbnb. You have crippled my business and put me in a bad position money wise. You cancelled all my future booking and and won't allow me on the app. I have done nothing wrong. I wanted to expand my business and create more listing but now you guys have messed my whole life up from doing so.

luciaterrafotografia I was stolen inside an apartment listed and rented at Airbnb. From that day until now Airbnb didn't give me a solution and stopped answering my emails! They promised to pay for hotel accommodation, for medical care and for earlier transportation to the airport but paid nothing! BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT USING AIRBNB! You will be responsible for your items, even if they disappear inside your Airbnb apartment, knowing that there is a Rental Agency, a Cleaning Company, and an Owner with keys! UPDATE: from the 19th June until now I got no answer and no help from Airbnb! They told me another company called Crawford would work in this case but after the first email they never ever answered me back! SHAME ON YOU Airbnb!

bellarrey I am thinking of in like a year or so doing a road trip where I visit every state in America, and experience some of the best things that each state has to offer. And film it all. luli_inti Hello. Mi host cancelled my reservation a few days ago, immediately after I did it, because his house wasn't available.. and Airbnb charged on my credit card. I don't have the money to pay it, and is not being returned it. Could you help me!? The advertisement said it would not charged me in the moment and you did!!

layro37 @airbnb we booked a house and it’s in a gang area with home invasions 20 yards away from the house . We can not take our children there . It was not represented as a home in the projects . We need to get a refund and the host is not wanting to work with us . Please help
