Good Morning ! Another day, another ... erm ... bike !! This one doesn’t have any wheels of course, but it kinda makes me feel like I’m getting somewhere ... this one is quite friendly - it’s in Houston, Texas. We had an amazingly memorable night in Dallas last night - thanks guys. And special thanks to the fabulous Dallas Cowboys Cheer Leaders (”Cheerleaders”?) - how stunning was that !!! Proud to have you on stage with us, dear gals. The speed of the tour whisks us away and already last night seems a long way away. Looking forward to flexing our muscles tonight in Houston. And watching our Texas folks flex theirs !!! Well, gotta start with fitness. In mind and body. Sometimes it ain’t easy. That’s when you gotta try harder !!! 💥💥💥💥 No ! This is a fatuous glib comment. Sorry. I could delete it - but it’s probably better to own up and negate it. I actually don’t think it IS about trying harder. It’s just about being grateful for what you’ve got. I would guess that something like 95% of what happens to our bodies is completely beyond our control. So perhaps it’s all about making the best use of what we are given. But I don’t want to be a preachy guy. We all have to find our own ways. Good luck out there !!! Bri XX

sweaty_panda1693 It really aspires me that even though you are on a actual tour and since you're a bit older your body must get affected in a very different way, you still find time to exercise and take care of your body. It's really aspiring to see that and know that you wouldn't fake it!
