Even during the madness of it all, I took the time to meditate to bring back a few minutes of peace and serenity. It was the most tranquil feeling being on the water, feeling the gentle rock of the waves beneath us with the sun setting over the mountains. Wherever I am, whatever I’m doing, I’ve learned that finding just 10 minutes to meditate can be vital at restoring energy levels and balancing the mind and body (but even knowing this, meditating doesn’t come naturally to me and I‘m guilty of not doing it enough!).
