Although I have achieved some incredible accomplishments in the world of bodybuilding, nothing compares to the true authentic connection I get to have with people all around the world. My friend and videographer @jwade777 provided me some background on one of his friends and I wanted to use my platform to spread some positive vibes. In doing so, this illustrates just how powerful we are and why I love my job so much, which is a man of the people, not just a competitive champion bodybuilder. chris.chesher @philheath I have cp an am in the gym every day I also am a recovering alcoholic I remember when I first got sober I was like I need to do something with my life to stay sober so I hit the gym after about a year in the gym generation iron came out an I saw you in it I was like I'm going to be a disabled bodybuilder an show others who are disabled that we can do what ever we set our minds to all because I was impressed with how hard u work in the gym and it made me want to be the best version of my self
