@lubelu2 I’ve often made it with my home-cultivated yeast and also have used sourdough starter from a friend. Both were wonderful. It’s a fairly fool proof recipe! Thanks @nigellalawson for sharing. ❤️🙏❤️

Ai ai ai... look at that 🙌 I could eat bread every hour of every day! That looks amazing! Here in Portugal we have several kinds of bread and my favorite is the Alentejano bread! Thank you Nigella!

I made this a couple of times and found it easier to tip dough onto baking paper which after the extra. 2 hours I picked up and dropped into cast iron pot. Worked fine and a lot less mess.

Love @Jim laheyssb no knead recipes! Have you tried his pizza dough yet? It’s absolutely fantastic. You get such gorgeous big bubbles in the dough and it’s super easy to work with.

Has anyone living in a tropical climate tried this recipe? How does it change timing? I'm in humid Jakarta, with temps run mid 20's to low 30's Celsius.
