So according to our letter from the Schiphol fueling cancellation, "we will gladly refund the costs...". @KLM have now ignored our numerous messages/inputs for our entitled compensation for over 14days now. No response, non interest in its customers. Worst travel experience ever

Oh look! A person with their bag! How nice. You lost my bag and ruined my vacation that I only get once a year. Three days - still no bag. Medicine and other essentials missing. Your customer service not doing a thing. NEVER again. TERRIBLE airline. GARBAGE.

I think he is so happy, because his luggage did not get lost.....and he did pay extra for it. The same as all the cheap Airlines do. KLM asks money to bring your suitcase ☹

@klm I've e-mailed (but get ignored), I have messaged WhatsApp but get palmed off, Facebook and Twitter but again, get palmed off. Worst service ever.

@mell_aviation it is not their fault. But as a first class airline you Can take the responsibility. Or be sure you assist your cliënt.
