Worst compagny ever, flight got cancelled because a crew member is missing for a big compagny and airport like this you dont have any single crew that is on fucking stand by ? LIKE WTF, your idiot staff telling me that they have to go back home and their finish at work and let me and MY DOG alone without accomodation and all hotels where full and the rest didnt allowed dog, i had to spend whole night on the floor of the airport and without help from your staff. Thats really awful that i pay 110€ for a dog in cabin but that your staff told me they had no solution for me, I want a refund and indemnisation.

My flight was cancelled, had to stand in the queue in the airport for KLM customer support for more than 3 hours. Just to get to know by email that I am rebooked for a flight that departs 2 days later than planned. However, there were options earlier by Air France partner company, or other airlines FinAir, Lufthansa. Customer support in the airport could not do anything, what was the point of waiting? Calling the call center just to listen to 'please hold on the line for an hour and half'. Used to like KLM and Schipol airport, not anymore

It doesn’t get any better after absolutely zero assistance from KLM and them breaking numerous EU laws they’ve had the audacity to tell my sister that she will have to pay a charge to use her return flight (which she has already paid for)because she made her own way to her destination as she didn’t want to spend another night on the floor at Schiphol airport to use the alternative flight they booked. No KLM staff around waited in line for hours to get no help or assistance no offer of food or drinks absolutely dreadful airline

Disgusting service today, no help with accommodation and no results about re booking after our flight was cancelled, I now miss a days work and have had to withdraw money to pay for a hotel and all other expenses due to this OVER 24 hour delay, I’m human and I get these things happen, but not even an apology or any communication, poor show KLM (This is my second flight in a row that has been cancelled with them)

Très mauvaise gestion client lors des annulations de vol....manque de communication....
suite à notre vol long courrier annulé : peu d’info, aucune proposition de relogement, aucun soutien, on a l’impression qu’ils s’en foutent complètement de nous laisser attendre pendant des heures dans le hall de l’aéroport avec nos enfants, en attendant que le guichet ouvre le lendemain. Déplorable....

My mom has been stranded in Schipol for a day because she missed her connecting flight from Schipol to vancouver because her klm flight from berlin had isssues now stranded in Schipol due to the airport not havving fuel and klm is not offering any sort of compensation or information on whats going on just making them wait in huge lines for nothing. Bad service.
