Just experienced worst KLM customer service and representatives at Mumbai airport. I booked tickets on delta travelling as family of 4 and read baggage policy on delta website which clearly states carry on baggages will not be weighed. When they told to weigh the carry on we were taken aback as we had not packed accordingly. They just pounced on us demanding money and told to weigh all carryons. Then we told them our ticket is through delta but they showed us the fine prints that said "see partner airlines for their restrictions". Delta should not put this in fine lines it should be right under carry on policy. The entire klm representative group joined in a fight with us. The representative Pratibha Tharchandi BOM 2114 was very rude. By Gods grace my parents were travelling with us till Amsterdam and all other carry ons weighed less than their limit except only one. The story doesnt end there, to our surprise this Pratibha followed us to check in and snatched boarding pass from us and wrote on our boarding pass that we have 3 hand bags. My husband removed that from boarding pass and they were well prepared at the gates to still take revenge from us poor customers. At the gate she tried to stop us again and my husband gathered crowd and we started recording as we knew she was going to create a scene there thirsty for money. The supervisor saw this and immediately let us boatd. I have the clip of she stopping us at gates if needed. I am very unhappy with KLM and I request Delta to put fine prints in the policy @delta #deltaairlines @klm #klm

I checked in at 4.30 am for a 6.30 am flight. I had no seat number but the check in personnel said that I would get it at the departure gate. Got to the gate but then me and almost 30 other people were DENIED boarding. They said that a flight from the previous day got cancelled and were put in our flight. The flight was to Amsterdam where I would hop on to a flight to Jakarta. The people at the gate looked like they didn’t care at all and didn’t even help any of us get on another flight. Fucking outrageous considering that I’ve paid £900+ for the flight. Ended up in a limbo for hours until I finally got a flight at 11.25 with Singapore Airlines. Worst flight experience ever, I’m definitely not coming back and I would advice everyone to find a flight elsewhere

Worst experience ever with you. You cancelled my flight in Amsterdam, left everyone without a place to sleep NIETHER something to eat or drink and reprogrammed a flight for 2 days after that. Luckily I had money, but some people didnt and stayed SLEEPING IN THE FLOOR. After waiting 2 days in Amsterdam with none of your help, we returned home. AND YOU LOST OUR luggage. I will never fly again with you.

When I was in high school, I had a pen pal from Japan. His name is Keiji Sunaga and he lived at 6-4-5 Hinode-cho, Oizumi-machi, Ora-gum, Gumma, Japan. After all these years, I am wondering if he is still alive. I am 71 years old now.
