Not perfect, but loving the learning process! I’ve just uploaded a video on YouTube.com/niomismart about my experience on the yoga retreat. Here, I’m a little bit wobbly, and my legs aren’t straight yet, but yoga and fitness is all about working towards a goal, meaning you’ll never be able to do everything at once. I’ve come to realise that there is no end goal with yoga. There will always be room for improvement, new poses to learn, and variations to deepen each asana. So even though I’m not perfect in these headstands, once I feel completely confident with them I’ll move on to the next goal to work towards. Keep your mind open, and never stop learning 🌸
