A snippet from Pilates this morning at @paolasbodybarre 🌻 I’ve always loved a variety of different fitness methods, but this sometimes means I do boxing, yoga, running, and HIIT in one week with no real structure or fitness goal - I just love it all! Recently I’ve changed that up a bit, and I’ve been focusing more on yoga and Pilates. I‘ve really noticed how my body can change and adapt to that exercise if I stick to it, and that fascinates me! Don’t get me wrong, I still love the boxing, still love the running. But the last few weeks have made me realise sometimes less is more 💫
