Busy holiday weekend but here’s a back & ab workout for yaaaa! I used to never ever ever train abs but since starting F45 classes, I’ve actually found a new appreciation for them lol 😇
Workout down below! 👇🏻
Lat pulldown: 4 sets of 12
Seated cable row: 4 sets of 12
Straight arm pulldown: 3 sets of 15
Bent over DB rows: 3 sets of 10 each arm
Bent over barbell rows: 3 sets of 20 (10 underhand followed by 10 overhand)
AB circuit: 3 rounds!
* Russian twists: 30 reps (15 each side)
* Weighted sit ups: 10 reps
* Lying leg raises: 10 reps
